What's on my Hooks?

I love bright colors and fun projects. I seen this blue and variegated yarn and couldn't resist it. I love Red heart for afghans...

this octagon afghan is going to be so pretty with all the colors

these buttons really set off the shawl

I will probably give this to our SnC charity home in December

I liked the gray, black and white combo

the buttons are iridescent and really look good with this yarn

it goes well with the beret I made last year too

its warm and cozy to wear

this cowl is longer

I liked these buttons I chose

its comfy to wear too

had to plug in my Easter get up...lol....guess who?????

you can roll the collar over for a different look

Although when I check my layout screen it looks normal??? I am wondering if it is my new screen or if something changed???

Thanks for this.. :)

Ok this is too cute, not crochet but just think with my little "thinking cap" on I am sure I can make this in crochet????

BFF Wedding Gift

I'm making my BFF an afghan for her wedding present. I am trying to hurry as she is getting married on the 12th of June so I have to get going, but I am almost done.. I love the colors I chose as she is a western gal and the denim and SW browns with the white just mesh well....I am also trying to finish her a Do Not Disturb hanger in purple as that is her wedding colors.. :)

The bag is what I got for the gals this month when we went to crochet at the beach day...worked perfect for your traveling projects!!!

Wow New Patterns and Color

Check out CYCA's new afghan pattern...it is so bright and pretty...and not difficult to make either. The pattern is free...
I also love to make granny squares...they can be done ion so many ways and used for bags, afghans, or just about anything. And the color combos are endless....check out this wonderful use of granny squares in the totrtise' shell...isn't he the cutest and the pattern is free...

Some other granny square cute patterns include this adorable bag made by and I just love these squares you could make just about anything with them.. :) if you go to iamsusie her site there is a reference to this thread to make the bag, but since it is a Japanese design you will have to follow the chart..

This bag is one of my favorites.. :)
